Structured Workouts
- Strength and Conditioning: Each workout starts with a strength portion followed by conditioning exercises. This structure is maintained 4 days out of the 6 classes offered each week. The remaining 2 days focus solely on conditioning.
- Equipment: Workouts include the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, wall balls, slam balls, andConcept cardio machines. From standard functional movements to simple Olympic lifts, ourworkouts are diverse and challenging.
- Group Setting: Enjoy the energy of working out in a group setting with hype music and the best coaches to guide and motivate you.
- Workout Levels: Whether you’re getting ready for a wedding, a birthday party, or you're af ormer athlete, this program is designed to push you to your limits and help you burn fat and build muscle.
